WE HANDLE EXCHANGES WITH SIZING ISSUES ONLY for NON CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ORDERS

(if your order has any custom or personalization on it, it CANNOT be exchanged).
With our exchange process, buyers are responsible for the return label and the new label to ship out. How that process works is we will create a listing for you to purchase through with the estimated shipping for both ways (both ways will be priority shipping). Once that is paid we will send you the shipping label for return. Once we receive your original item, we will place your new item back in the queue of items to make (time of turn around will depend on how busy we are).

What if item is damaged?

We thoroughly inspect our products before shipment. If you notice any defect once opening your package, please message us with a photo so we can inspect & work with you on steps to proceed & discuss the appropriate actions necessary.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note that any orders placed outside of the US will have longer ship times due to the customs process. We cannot control the customs process & it may take longer than the original estimate of when the package was supposed to arrive. Customs distribution centers (in all countries) have a lot of high mail traffic which causes long periods of delays.

Can I return my item(s)?
Since all of our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns, unless otherwise damaged or defective. We do not accept items for return or exchange if it has been washed or worn.

Can I Cancel My Order?
We do not generally accept cancellations. If an order is already in process or production, we cannot cancel. If an order is currently not in process or production, we can discuss the cancellation process.
